The LXQt team is proud to announce the release of lxqt-session 2.0.0. The release can be downloaded from Github.

Main changes:

• Made the user inputs stricter in auto-start.
• Don’t allow inputs consisting of only whitespaces, and remove start and end whitespaces from them.
• Fixed a typo.
• Ported to Qt6.
• Used an overlay layer shell for the leaving dialog and centered it under Wayland.
